Gabe was abandoned in Brazil, adopted to the United States, and raised with severe disabilities. Through these many challenges and setbacks, Gabe has grown into a physically and mentally bright, healthy and strong man. Gabe had a confidence and true strength that was second to none. Everyone who came into contact with Gabe was drawn to his strength, and Gabe became a leader without even knowing it.
