In the meantime, Katie is still undergoing the process to make the youngest child an official part of the family. She said, “It takes patience beyond what I feel I have sometimes. It makes me and those who support me angry some days. But encounters/relationships with the children make it worth the hard times.”

We find it incredible that her journey began with a little boy called Grayson. Thanks to him, she reunited 3 siblings! Katie has said, “It is my greatest adventure and I can’t imagine my life without this experience”.
