If you thought kamikazes were the limit of craziness when it came to suicide soldiers in World War Two, then you were wrong. The Train Gun

This humongous railway cannon was the rebirth of the German First World War gun that attacked Paris. With a firing range of up to 30 miles, this invention could have heavily damaged the attack on Britain had Hitler acted faster. The limitations of mobility due its size, despite being able to be broken down into 5 parts, prevented this huge terror from being a real player in the war for the Germans.
