Mark relayed the information to the rest of the rescuers, and, unsurprisingly, they couldn’t believe it either. They were all pretty certain that the animals were baby dogs. They were, in any case, still very happy that the small animals had been rescued.

They may have rescued the baby foxes, but their story was definitely not over! The vet said the mother might still be around the area where the babies were rescued from. It would be possible for the mother to find them if the firefighters could bring the babies back.
